Terms and Condition:

 

 Membership​

• The Membership cannot be shared.

• All Purchases are strictly non-refundable,  non-exchangeable and non-transferable. 

• Sessions remaining will not be roll-over nor extended once package expires.

• Trial offers are only valid for new members, each new member can enjoy the privilege of joining Pilates Reformer Group Trial Membership  , GYROTONIC Group Trial Membership or  Private Session Trail  Membership once respectively.

 

Cancellation Policy

• Both Group and Private session cancellation must be made 24-hours before your session  starts. In the event of no-show and late cancellation, a session credit will be deducted from your membership credits.

• Session bookings can be made and canceled via Mindbody App or by phone call during  business hours. Bookings and cancellations are not accepted via social media.                                                         

• Pilates House Macau reserves the right to change session type and instructors of the session. 

• Group session will be cancelled 2-hours prior session commencement if there is no sign up.

• All sessions will be cancelled 2-hours before Tropical Cyclone Signal No.8 (or above), or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted. Membership credit will be returned to members.

• Sessions will resume 3-hours after Tropical Cyclone Signal No.8 is replaced by Signal No.3. Late cancellation policy applies.

• Sessions will resume 1-hour after Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is cancelled. Late cancellation policy applies.

 

Payment Policy

• Booking can only be confirmed once payment is made. 

 

Attendance

• Your safety is our first priority. Please inform us if you have any medical condition, including but not limited to pre/post natal, injury or any other physical condition. We highly recommend you to consult your doctor before you sign up for our session. Due to safety concern, our Instructors might advice you to attend another session which is more suitable for you. Last but not least, as much as we love to see you in our session, we would seek your help to be responsible and to rest up if you are feeling unwell.

• We require new member to take AT LEAST 5 Reformer Base session before proceeding to any advance classes.

 

Booking

• Group booking can be made 14 days in advance.

• Private booking must be made 6-hours in advance 

• No booking will be accepted 5-minutes before commencement 

 

Attire

• Non-slip socks are required for all session type.

• Please make sure you wear something form-fitting.

    

Waitlist 

• We know how much you love our sessions, you can put yourself on wait list even if the session is full. Mindbody automatically adds you in from the waitlist to the session up to 6 hours before the session starts. You will receive an email notification. In case you got moved up and cannot attend the session, please cancel the class at least 6 hours before the class starts or give us a call. No-show / late cancellation charges apply for no notifications received.

 

Running Late

• No late comers are allowed to join the session.

• For safety purposes, new member MUST arrive at least 10 minutes before session for a proper orientation.

 

Personal Agreement 

• I understand that all sales are final and membership packages are strictly non-extendable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable.

• I hereby consent Pilates House Macau to use my personal information for direct marketing purposes. Pilates House Macau may contact me by mail, telephone, email or SMS to market our products and services. Pilates House Macau will always give you the opportunity to opt out of receiving any future direct marketing correspondence. 

• I agree that Pilates House Macau Association is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend session. I understand that Pilates activities may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is a risk of personal injury, property loss or death. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Pilates House Macau Association or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. Pilates House Macau Association does not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen personal property. If you do become the victim of a theft, immediately report it to a Pilates House Macau Association staff member.

• By BOOKING INTO A SESSION YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
